So New Years Eve was fun stuff.
We [my family] met the Treidels [my friend Lisa and her family] and Kravits [my friend Eric and his mom] at La Viola for dinner and it was really good :]
Then we went back to my house and hung out and stuff. We wanted to watch Rent but Cara [Lisa's little sister] was there so we couldn't. We watched Wicked instead. Lisa and Eric [a different Eric. Lisa's older brother Eric.] kept saying that Norbert Leo Butz was straining on the high notes. IDK what theyre talking about. Theyre insane. Norbert doesn't strain. Norbert doesn't crack. Norbert is incredible.
So anyway, the day before I baked A LOT. Cookies, brownies, and a cake =D They came out AMAZING. So we had SO MUCH FOOD at dinner, then we get back to my house and have 2 cans of Pringles, 2 bags of Lays chips, pretzels, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, 2 chocolate cakes [one that I made, one that Lisa's family brought.] and like other stuff. FAT =]]]]
So we ate and ate some more and watched Wicked and saw the ball drop and cheered and such and everyone left around 1am.
It was a fun day/night :)

Today I didn't really do anything. I got a haircut though. and Im not really sure what to think of it. I wanted like... not really bangs, but like shorter pieces like I had before. Not angled, just short front pieces. Apparantly Carmela at Supercuts didnt hear me or something because I now have bangs. Short bangs. Bangs as in I can't put it behind my ears its so short. I guess it looks... OKAY... but I really don't like it. It's not at all what I wanted. I know I look bad with bangs, thats why I didn't WANT bangs. It's clippie time. For like a month. Lovely. Oy vey.

So I realized last night that it didn't look like there was any link or button to leave comments on my LJ...
which I figured was why I didn't get any.

There is, though. It's the little blue pencil that says "reply" instead of comment. Idk why it does that, but it does, and that's the comment link. So use it. Thanks.

Yesterday was the Producers FW reunion thingy. Emily and Sarah came over monday night [thank god I was feeling better enough], and we were insane basically.
We watched a little bit of the Rent OBC DVD I have... got bored and put on the Rent w/ Matt Caplan/Cary Shields bootleg I have... skipped around to different scenes, and then skipped around to different scenes of the Rent movie bootleg I have lol. We were dancing and singing and going crazy during La Vie Boheme. It was fun :)
Then we went to sleep around midnight and woke up around 8:30, got ready, and got on the train to the city. My mom and brother went into the city that day too so they were on the train with us. We took the subway to 52nd or something... my mom and brother were with us b/c apparantly my Dad's office where they were meeting him for lunch is right by the Zeigfeld where we were meeting everyone from FW?? ok, whatever lol. So we get off and we go our separate ways; Me, Emily, and Sarah going to the Zeigfeld, and my mom and brother god knows where - who cares? We get to the Zeigfeld and see Catherine and Jenny being the welcoming party and flipped out :) Once we go inside and were just in the lobby schmoozing with the rest of the FW people that were there, Sarah starts freaking out b/c "OMGZ *fangirl squee* THIS IS WHERE THE HARRY POTTER PREMIERE WAS!!!". I start laughing at her and so does Emily when I realized "OMGZ *fangirl squee* THIS IS WHERE THE RENT PREMIERE WAS!!!!!!!!". hahaha it was a good moment =D

This is gonna be a really long entry so the rest is ( under the cut )

should I have a RENT party? like rocky horror style? invite 7 people over and assign a character to each of them...
and then come over
we'll put on one of my bootlegs
and do the whole show.

it would be freakin awesome.
idk when it would be. it was just an idea. i dont even know if i would be allowed to do it.

on another note -- tomorrow -- EMILY COMES!! :D
and sleeps over
and sarah comes the next morning
and we go into the city
and we see FW PEOPLE!!!
and we see The Producers movie
and we eat at Fridays w/ FW PEOPLE!!!
and we go back to my house
and we have a sleepover!

winter break is amazing. this is gonna be awesome -- CANT WAIT!!!

This is a somewhat pointless post but I had to share this with everyone --

So out of nowhere yesterday I get this nasty hacking cough which within a few hours I felt like I was going to die. So my mom picked me up from school early. I took a 2 hour nap and felt worse. So basically I have a really bad cold. The cough is making my throat like dead, giving me a headache, making me SO tired...

And Emily's coming up to NY from Philly on Monday night, sleeping over, then Sarah's coming over Tuesday morning, and the three of us are going into the city to see The Producers movie w/ FWF people, eating at Fridays, and coming home and they're both sleeping over.

I need to be better by Monday night!!!

yeah my 16th bday is in 6 months and 4 days.

party choices - HELP ME CHOOSE!!

a) BIG party in my backyard. BBQ [burgers, hot dogs, steak, chicken, veggie burgers for those who so choose :)]. DJ. fun stuff.
good so i can have A LOT of friends...
b) take just a FEW like 3 or 4 friends to a broadway show and to dinner in the city. good cuz well its broadway and im a dork like that :D. bad cuz i'd have to choose...
